I work with anyone wanting to explore anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or other emotional challenges. Therapy can be tough at times, and if I can walk beside you as you navigate your own self-exploration, then what matters to you becomes important to me. I’m here to help you through the heavy moments and to celebrate the wins, too.
I also offer Dyadic therapy. It focuses on the relationship between two people, such as a parent and child or romantic partners. Instead of working with each person separately, I can support both individuals together, helping them understand each other’s feelings, needs, and patterns of communication.
Grounded in attachment theory, this approach recognises how our relationships shape our sense of safety and connection. Dyadic therapy can help repair misunderstandings, strengthen emotional bonds, and build more secure, supportive relationships over time.

I support people aged 12 and up, from all backgrounds. You might be feeling anxious or overwhelmed, going through a big life change, coping with loss, recovering from trauma, struggling with identity, or dealing with bullying — whatever brings you here, you’re welcome.
I also specialise in supporting families and individuals through perinatal loss, drawing on extensive training and experience to offer compassionate care during such a deeply painful time.
I believe therapy should feel empowering — a space that’s truly yours, where you can explore who you are, face the parts you’ve been avoiding, and find clarity, strength, and tools to move forward.

In our sessions, you’ll have the space to bring whatever feels important — feelings, thoughts, memories, questions. We’ll explore gently, at your pace, to understand how your experiences shape you and how you move through the world.
Sessions are confidential and completely tailored to your needs. We can meet online or by phone — whatever feels most comfortable.
I’m currently welcoming new clients and offer a free initial phone call so we can get a sense of whether we’re a good fit. Finding the right therapist is such an important part of the journey.

Alongside talking therapy, I’m also a qualified Art Therapist. Art therapy offers a gentle, supportive way to express and process emotions — especially when words are hard to find.
Art therapy blends creativity with therapeutic support. Through drawing, painting, sculpting, writing, or collage, you can explore feelings and experiences in a different way, helping you connect more deeply with yourself. It’s especially helpful for those working through trauma or for anyone who struggles to express themselves through words alone.

There’s no pressure to be “good” at art — the focus is on expression, not skill. Together, we explore what sits beneath the surface, working gently and compassionately.
Online art therapy can also be a flexible option, offering space for healing from the comfort of your home.
